As a financial advisor and lifelong resident of Grosse Pointe, Doug Wood has spent more than 25 years helping put his clients in a position to reach their financial achievements and realize their dreams. He believes in creating a plan you can commit to over time, only making adjustments when personal goals shift or after major life events.
You'll have no red tape to cut through when working with Doug - he prides himself on being the main point of contact for his clients. His experiences as the branch manager for two Wells Fargo Advisors offices lead him to develop the '24 Hour Rule', which means your calls and requests should be responded to within a day.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Babson College, he returned to Grosse Pointe to build a life with his wife, Beth. Of all their achievements, they are very proud of their two sons, Douglas and Drew. Outside of work, Coach Doug has spent 20 years mentoring high school hockey players and is currently coaching his son's travel team.
