Michael Y. Choy, Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Beginning as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in Stockton, California, he later moved into management roles at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial Services, Inc., where he honed his skills in risk management, business development, sales management, and advisor training. Prior to financial services, Michael was in education and athletic coaching while studying psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
In 2010, Michael made the decision to return to his true passion as a financial advisor, dedicated to helping and educating his clients. He finds great joy in guiding clients through their financial journeys and building legacies for future generations. His commitment to both his family and clients led him to join Legacy Wealth Management in 2024.
Residing in Mesa, Arizona with his wife Kris and their children Skylar, Gunnar, and Rogan, Michael is actively involved in giving back to the community. Together with Kris, he founded and currently operates CK Youth Sports, a youth sports organization with nearly 500 student athletes participating in football and softball. Their dedication to an active lifestyle and community involvement shines through in all aspects of their lives.
